Our commitment

Every decal we cut is made to order using premium vinyl. Because each item is custom-produced specifically for you, our returns policy reflects the bespoke nature of what we make.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrectly cut, or with a production fault, we will replace it or issue a full refund. To claim:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Email noreply@decalstars.com with your order number and photos of the fault
  • We'll arrange a free replacement or refund — your choice

Change of mind

Because all decals are cut to order we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please check your design, size selection, and colour carefully before placing your order. If you're unsure, contact us before ordering and we'll help.

Custom / designer-submitted designs

For marketplace designs submitted by our designer community, the same policy applies — damaged items are replaced, but change of mind orders cannot be returned once the design has been approved and cut.

Refund timescales

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method via Stripe.
